ACTION ITEMS

  • Jasmyn → Circulate survey with potential curriculum topics to Hub clinicians for ranking (top 5). Compile a ranked list of curriculum topics and send to Dayna/Kelsey by May 17, 2019.

  • Dayna and Kelsey → Review the list of ranked topics to identify any implementation gaps. Send to Sanjeev and Nicole by May 24, 2019

  • Sanjeev and Nicole → Review the list of topics (includes ranked topics & implementation gaps) to confirm the topics and presenters for the 8 ECHO sessions by May 30, 2019.

  • Jasmyn → Set up a meeting with Sanjeev to work through the accreditation application.

  • Sanjeev → Connect with Latika to identify any competency based questions per NAVIGATE module for the baseline survey

  • Chelsi/Jasmyn → Connect with Cheryl to begin developing a protocol based on the evaluation framework

  • Christine → Circulate example case presentation forms to the Hub.

  • Cycle 1 Session Timing

  1. July 23, 2019 – March 24, 2019

  2. 8 sessions (no December session)

  3. Frequency: 4th Tuesday of each month

  4. The sessions will be held from 12:00 – 1:00PM EST, followed by a debrief with the Hub at 1:00 – 1:30 PM

  • Goal and Objectives

  • Inclusion Criteria for Participants:

  1. Sites will need to be part of the study intervention. If there is additional funding, we will roll out to others in the province and code participants as study sites

  2. Sites will need to commit to participating in ECHO for at least 2 years and re-asses after that point.

  • Participation: sites can join at any point in the cycle.

  • Recommendations Role: Anandita Bose, later verified in the Hub debrief meeting

  • Curriculum Topics: Cycle 1 will focus on core topics and ones that compliment these topics. Ideally, the topics will be of equal relevance across all roles.

  • Curriculum Development Process:

  1. Curriculum topics (ranked list among Hub clinicians -> PSSP identify implementation gaps -> Sanjeev and Nicole finalize list) – due May 30, 2019

  2. Presenters for each topic – due June 15, 2019

  3. Learning Objectives and Content development – due by launch

  • Evaluation framework (see attached)
