The Director has the primary responsibility of managing the NAVIGATE program, including monitoring and improving quality of services. The Director can be thought of as the single point of contact for the program. The Director is responsible for overseeing the development of the NAVIGATE team, educating team members about patients, conducting team meetings, and measuring outcomes. The Director may also engage with patients and family and provide clinical support and supervision to other team members.
