MINUTES
ECHO
Next ECHO on November 26th on Medication Management; ECHO Didactic by Milena Gosk, Monica Choi & case presentation by North Bay
Research team slowly receiving less responses for ECHO post session surveys, even with the two reminders that are sent out; Some potential solutions are:
Get PSSP to remind sites to complete them more frequently
Communicate with ECHO team on what methods they use for response rates
Shorten length of ECHO and use the last 10 mins for spokes to complete the survey
PSSP to remind and disseminate rotating schedule of ECHO sessions; this is also on the portal
ONBOARDING/TRAINING/PRE-TRAINING
Send reminder to attendees about training, which will include details on transportation, hotels and revised agenda
Added a 30 minute session (11:30am – 12:00pm) with Aristotle, Sanjeev and Nicole to debrief with prescribers
Waterloo-Wellington expressed interest in meeting with physicians so good opportunity
Research team will be sending reminders for trainers to send their slides so we can upload onto Slaight laptops to be ready for Monday morning
Most rooms have been tested for AV setup, completed one last check today and another on Friday; some rooms maybe a tight for space
Prescriber training has been moved from 6222 to 3158a; better space for training
15 minute break sessions for youth and family have been removed since they will be discussed at the annual project meeting and EPION
All changes have been updated and reflected in the calendar invites and reminders sent
PSSP will be recording the training sessions via Adobe connect
Big shoutout to education team for getting the web based training and e-learning materials completed and delivered on time
Reminder: NAVIGATE Training on Nov 18th 8:15am – 4:30pm at 100 Stokes Street
POST TRAINING/PSSP/IMPLEMENTATION
Attendance of new sites for the pre-training webinars have been great
PSSP is aware of those who have missed it and have gotten them the recordings of the sessions right away and everyone should be up to speed
On Monday, the trainers should know first thing that everyone that is at the training has attended the webinar or has seen it afterwards
ADVISORY COMMITTEES
PSSP to remind sites about recruitment on ongoing basis
Will start working on video for the YAC/FAC leads for recruitment after EPION and training
Dr. Kozloff presented at the last FAC about service engagement measures in family outcomes
The YAC had identified the OPOC & RSA as good potential measures however FAC felt that there were good overlap between the two and it’s reasonable to choose one measure that is most salient
PSSP and Dr. Kozloff to connect over OPOC coaching; OPOC also available in French
Lillian to bring to next FAC whether family members prefer to have all surveys sent to them once or have them spaced out throughout the year
EPION
Please send all your EPION slides to Laura if you have not already done so, research team to collate an send to EPION on Friday
Reminder: EPION on Nov 19th 3:00pm – 4:00pm & Nov 20th 11:00am – 12:00pm at Chelsea Hotel
