Debrief on Sudbury Site Meeting:
- Slaight tem asked valid questions and sudbury team met afterwards to go over how to involve caregivers in a patient’s treatment plan
- 69% of Sudbury NAV patients are employed and/or in school - others are interested in either or
- Evaluations touch on what services are being done and patient survey assessments (BPRS/QLS) are addressing the patient outcomes
ECHO curriculum
- Anne-Marie will discuss summer ECHO sessions with her team
Evaluations/tracking :
- Durham - each clinician will input data for 3 of their clients; each IRT clinician will enter data for 5 of their clients; no SEE workers
- Evaluators will be gathering information re: team functioning through Team Lead Surveys
- Original 3 sites will complete the survey soon and then the next 3 sites will complete the survey at a later time
- Survey will address the number of each clinician at a site, attendance, clinician vacancies
