Check-in
Research: goal to wrap up recruitment by end of Aug
Josette: both staff members back in the clinic now
Kerri: not much new; a couple new staff starting in September
Kim: one IRT resigned; interviewing for replacement; making effort to find discharge destinations for clients who are ready; however, many suitable services are not accepting patients; so it’s very difficult to discharge currently.

Reporting back participant measures at end of participation in study
Emily reviewed the participant measures report that Research team has created. She described that participants can request their scores at end of involvement in the research study and that RAs don’t think they are well placed to provide this.
o Josette thinks reviewing the scores with clients is ultimately psychiatrists’ responsibility
o Options: if a participant asks to see their scores at end of 24 month and they are still a client at a site,
(a) RAs will ask clinician to review measure with client. RAs will also invite the clinician to reach out to RA for education/support on what scores mean and how they can review it with their client. RA will also offer to meet with clinician prior to their meeting with client to review report with clinician.
(b) The scores are reviewed with the client by the IRT clinician and clinic psychiatrist together.
