Minutes:
Patient Measures
- Ready to go with patient data collection
- North Bay is ready, waiting on confirmation from Waterloo Wellington ethics board, but they are still ready to go, Lakeridge and Niagara are technically ready but we are waiting on approvals for our most recent amendments
- We are holding off on starting data collection in Niagara, have a meeting next week
Implementation Database
- Need to reach out to sites again regarding REDCap database
- There will be two separate REDCap databases, one for research including participant symptom information, the other database is simply to track service delivery and should not require consent
- The Clinician Contact Form will have some patient identifier (want to keep it as simple as possible)
- We need to look at contracts to see if it’s necessary to amend them for the purpose of tracking service delivery
- Sandy spoke to Greg about how REDCap was going to be used for research outcomes, while ACCESS would simply be service delivery
Practice Profile
- Developing practice profile for NAVIGATE implementation
- Describe critical components of each role, including ideal implementation
- Outline maximum deviation from manuals
- George can provide input
