Review the Implementation Team’s documents on components of the fidelity scale (attached to this email) and send comments/suggestions to Laura ASAP -FAC members

Reviewing the Fidelity Scale with Sandy
We reviewed the Powerpoint on fidelity and Sandy discussed how the fidelity team uses the fidelity scale to rate each site and give sites quality improvement feedback based on the NAVIGATE framework
The fidelity scale is not subjective, it’s based on data and previous research
The implementation team would love to have FAC members come up with quality improvement suggestions – please look through the items outlined in the scale, think of suggestions/action items for sites in trying to improve in each area of care you can contribute to, and write these suggestions in before sending the document back to Laura ASAP (if you have any comments or questions, feel free to email/call Laura)
The implementation/fidelity team wants the FAC to be able to contribute meaningful feedback to sites
Patient Measures Updates
13 participants have completed the baseline visit
Durham, Niagara and North Bay are referring clients for research
Lillian discussed how research has been challenging during COVID, many studies had to stop all of their activity, we are fortunate that EPI-SET was allowed to continue to run and recruit participants
Discussion about FAC Video
You do not have to participate in the video if you don’t want to
It’s important to ask your loved ones if they are okay with you participating in the video
We reviewed the suggested questions and topics and agreed to use them
If your loved ones are okay with you participating, please email Laura and let her know
We can then set up a time to have a ZOOM call to record your footage OR
If you would like to record it yourself and share it with Laura, let her know
