NAVIGATE is a comprehensive evidence-based treatment program created for patients who have had a first episode of psychosis.
NAVIGATE Roles
Treatment is provided by a team of mental health professionals
who focus on helping patients work toward personal goals and
get their life back on track.

DIRECTOR
Primary responsibility of managing the NAVIGATE program, including monitoring and improving quality of services

FAMILY EDUCATION
Primary role is to work with the families of youth receiving services to provide psychoeducation and support

PRESCRIBER
Responsible for diagnosis, medical care needs, medication management and side- effect monitoring

SEE
Responsibilities are focused on working with patients from the outset of treatment to establish and achieve their vocational or educational goals
IRT
A Peer Support Specialist, who has lived experience with mental health challenges and provides hope and encouragement to patients.


PEER
