General Webinar 

In preparation for the upcoming pre-training webinar surrounding NAVIGATE implementation at your organization, please review the connection steps listed below.


Webinar connection details: 

  • To connect to the webinar, click on this link:


  • Log into the meeting room by selecting Enter as a Guest, and type in your name or organization (if attending as a group).

  •  Audio will be broadcasted via your computer speakers. For optimal sound, please use external speakers or earphones.

  • It is recommended to log in to the webinar 10 minutes prior to the start of the event, to address any technical issues. 

  • To ask questions, provide comments, or request information during the event, please use the Chat Pod. 

  • If you experience technical difficulties during the event, here is a list of troubleshooting tips:

  • If you hear an “echo”, please ensure that only one browser is open and broadcasting the webinar.

  • If you experience any freezing, buffering, or pauses in the audio, please refresh the browser window by pressing F5, or close the webinar and re-enter the event. Please note that this is a restriction or limitation of your bandwidth.

  • If you have never attended an Adobe Connect meeting before, click here to test your connection.
